Granting Google Cloud Access to Support

In some very specific situations, you might be asked to provide our support team access to your Google Cloud account in order to debug configuration issues with your Google Maps API Key.

Start by accessing the IAM & Admin section of your Google Cloud account by clicking this link: https://console.cloud.google.com/iam-admin/iam

You'll be asked to select a project:

Once the project is selected, you'll need to click on the GRANT ACCESS link:

Our support staff will provide you with an email address that you'll need to type into the "New Principals" text input. Select "Editor" in the "Role" drop down and click the "Save" button.

That's it! Our support staff will receive an email allowing us access to check your API Key configuration.
