Adding GravityKit support emails to your allowlist

To ensure you receive important communications from our support team, add our email addresses to your allowlist (also called a whitelist or safe sender list). This prevents our messages from being filtered as spam or blocked by your email provider.

Didn't get an email from us?

If you contacted support, but didn't receive a reply or you're expecting an email that hasn't arrived, the most common reason is that our emails were filtered by your spam folder or blocked by your email provider.

Adding our support email addresses to your allowlist prevents this from happening and ensures you receive all communications from our support team.

Adding our addresses to your allowlist ensures you receive:

  • Responses to your support tickets
  • Important account notifications
  • License and renewal information
  • Product updates and announcements

Still not receiving emails?

If you've added our addresses to your allowlist but still aren't receiving emails:

  1. Double-check your email address - Make sure the email address in your GravityKit account is spelled correctly, with no typos or extra spaces
  2. Check your spam/junk folder - Sometimes emails get filtered before allowlist rules apply
  3. Check email filters - Review any custom filters that might be moving or deleting messages
  4. Wait a few minutes - Our emails are sent via Amazon SES, which can occasionally have slight delays in delivery
  5. Contact your IT department - Corporate email systems may have additional filtering
  6. Try an alternative email - Use a different email address (like a personal Gmail account) to receive support communications

If problems persist, contact your email provider's support team or reach out to us through alternative channels on our contact page.
