How to Get the Most Out of GravityKit Support
We aim to make every support interaction as efficient and helpful as possible.
The steps below aren’t required, but sharing this information often helps us speed up the process and get you the answers you need.
Start with the essentials
When you contact us, please include:
- A clear description of what you're trying to achieve
- What’s happening instead (and how it differs from your expectations)
- A link to the affected page (if public)
- The name of the View or Form involved
- Which GravityKit product(s) you're using
🖼 A picture is worth 1,000 words! Screenshots or short screen recordings go a very long way in helping us see exactly what you're seeing.
Make sure everything is up to date
Before reaching out, please check that you're running the latest versions of:
- WordPress
- Gravity Forms
- GravityKit plugins
Staying current ensures you’re not running into bugs that have already been resolved—and helps keep things running smoothly.
Check for theme or plugin conflicts
Unexpected behavior can sometimes be caused by other plugins or your theme.
You can use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to safely test this without affecting your site visitors.
If the issue goes away in troubleshooting mode, that gives us a clear direction to investigate.
Use the built-in Support Access feature
Instead of sending credentials, you can enable temporary, read-only access via GravityKit → Grant Support Access in your WordPress dashboard.
Please also let us know:
- Which View or form we should check
- What steps we should follow to reproduce the issue
🔒 This secure feature is powered by TrustedLogin, and access automatically expires after 7 days.
Tell us what you’ve already tried
Let us know if you’ve already tested anything—disabling plugins, switching themes, modifying a field, etc. This helps us skip duplicate suggestions and focus on next steps.
Our docs might already have the answer
