In Version 2.3 of the Ratings & Reviews extension, anonymous users can now leave reviews.

How does anonymous reviews work?

The setting respects WordPress’s "Users must be registered and logged in to comment" setting. If the setting is disabled, users will be able to vote anonymously.

How does this work with the "Limit to one review per person per entry" setting?

When users are logged-out, voting data is stored in the browser's local storage, so changing browsers or clearing storage will allow users to vote/rate again.
