Removing a customer from Churnbuster emails
Because Churnbuster emails are transactional, don't have unsubscribe options, so customers aren't able to opt-out from the email. They sometimes ask us to remove them from the follow-up emails.
- Log in
- Copy the customer's email from Help Scout
- In the top-right corner of Churnbuster, search for that email
- Click on the customer, if found
- You will see a campaign or multiple campaigns at the bottom of the page. Click on the most recent one (or each of them, if they seem to both be recent)
- Click the Stop Campaign button, then confirm
