Removing a customer from Churnbuster emails

Because Churnbuster emails are transactional, don't have unsubscribe options, so customers aren't able to opt-out from the email. They sometimes ask us to remove them from the follow-up emails.

  1. Log in
  2. Copy the customer's email from Help Scout
  3. In the top-right corner of Churnbuster, search for that email
  4. Click on the customer, if found
  5. You will see a campaign or multiple campaigns at the bottom of the page. Click on the most recent one (or each of them, if they seem to both be recent)
  6. Click the Stop Campaign button, then confirm
