How to share your IP address with support
If you’re experiencing connectivity issues or suspect your device is being blocked, we may need to check and whitelist your public IP address.
Follow these quick steps to share it with us:

- Open a browser on the device experiencing the issue.
- Visit https://www.gravitykit.com/ip/
- Look for your IPv4 or Public IP address — it will look something like 123.0.456.78
- Reply to your support message with that IP address.
Once we receive your IP, we’ll verify whether it’s being blocked and give it access to the website.
